throw and sun in the back

throw up your diabolo, a little bit behind you on the right. Catch it behind you, the two arms are behind, but sticks are pointed to the front. In the same movement, just after the diabolo touch down the string, make the diabolo move to the left, then move up, in a "sun" movement. The left hand is over your head, but the right one stay behind. At the end of the sun, the diabolo is in front of you.
