Released(Left) complete on double thread

1. Start

It is necessary to be thought of on double thread as for the whip.

2. The complete released(left)

You have to send the stick which is most to the right in the left hand (which already holds the thread). We throw the sticks to the down (a bit toward exterior) :

- The one from the left hand create an external wrap,

- That of the right hand will undo this wrap.

You have to catch the stick which made the wrap with the right hand and the other one with the left hand.

3. Exits

There are several exits, the first one is simpler, the other are more beautiful but more difficult.

- you simply catch the stick with the left hand and you unwrap

- You catch the stick on the left and make a swing which is going to undo the wrap very fast alone.
