upside catch
Very useful in lot of other tricks.
"catch upside", then sun and throw up with crossed arms to come back on the normal position.
You throw the diabolo not to high, and a little bit on the left. You catch it with the left part of the string by upside (your string arrive on the diabolo by the upper side). Then, your let sticks come back in front of you. You have made the "upside catch", and if you tend straight the string, the right hand is on the left, and vice-versa. This trick is very often used for that : crossing your hands.
In the video, the juggler make one sun after. Then he trow the diabolo up, with the left hand on the right and vice-versa. He catch it back in the normal position.
