SPINNING TOP

After having given to a significant rotative dash to your diabolo, you put it on your right stick. Then you turn your right stick in the horizontal plane towards the rigth in order to make swivelled the axis of rotation of your diabolo in the vertical direction . Just before the diabolo falls down the stick, launch it vertically then you put the point of your stick in the lower concavity of your diabolo. If you hold your stick verticaly, you will obtain a diabolo which "rises" at the end of the stick slowing down gently like the movement of a spinning top.

 

ALTERNATIVE:you do not lean too the diabolo and you point nevertheless in concavity. By an effect of gyroscope your double hyperboloid of revolution has its axis which turns in a horizontal plane while decreasing its slope compared to the horizontal plane.Il is imperatively necessary to follow the diabolo you can carry out a 360°.(best record : 420°.).

• Use a large diabolo (because it can contain more the rotative energy )
• You can lean the diabolo by accelerating it on your string that shoed you to save time and speed.
• Put a knee at the ground with the stop of the diabolo, while deadening it so that it remains on the stick, and curve the head: guaranteed applause
